“Prevention is better than cure” – Yes… It’s rightly said since many decades by our forefathers…. We simply believe in this…& always advise our patients to have regular health check-ups done as prevention, which will avoid major health issues, which may arise in near future.
The main motto of the MEDISCAN LABS and its Director Dr. Chetan S. Durgi (MBBS, DMRD, MD) and his wife Dr. Suchitra Durgi (MBBS, DMRD) believe in the concept of preventive healthcare which is concerned with detecting a disease at an early stage. This is the only reason for MEDISCAN LABS to always believe in “Prevention is better than Cure”. This is very much essential because there are some illnesses that can be cured only if they are identified at an initial stage, such as cancer. Many a times, it is found that, some of the ailments do not give any prominent warning signs, but can cause sudden death, like heart diseases etc. Hence, our theme of Prevention is Better than Cure is for safeguarding the patients.
