Estradiol (E2)
A simple blood test to determine the amount of estradiol in a person's blood is an estradiol test.
Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH)
This test determines how much follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) is present in your blood.
Luteinising Hormone (LH)
The luteinising hormone (LH) level in your blood is measured by this test.
Prolactin (PRL)
A prolactin (PRL) test is used to determine the amount of prolactin in the blood. Prolactin is produced
by the pituitary gland, a small gland near the base of the brain. Prolactin helps the breasts to grow and

blood test, is used to assess this hormone.
